Zodiac Paintball Return Policy
All items being returned must include a corresponding Zodiac Paintball, Inc. RA (Return Authorization) number. To obtain your RA number you must call Zodiac PB and have your serial number on hand. Once you have your RA please follow these guidlines to return:
- The RA Number must be clearly written on the outside of the box, or it will be refused.
- All returns must be complete as purchased, with no parts missing.
- All items out of warranty are subject to a $20 diagnostic fee.
- Any unclaimed or unpaid property remaining at Zodiac Paintball, Inc. for more than 60 days will become the property of Zodiac Paintball, Inc.
Customers who wish to return guns must send them to Zodiac Paintball, Inc., in their original configuration and without non-Zodiac Paintball, Inc. manufactured accessory parts.- Zodiac Paintball, Inc. is not responsible for any additional and/or unnecessary accessories sent in with the gun.
- Any items being returned for credit must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING with all original parts. Please include all packaging material and documentation. All goods must be received in new and original condition for credit to be issued.
- Zodiac Paintball, Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process. We recommend that you insure your package for the appropriate value of the product, and properly package your product for protection during shipping. Always use a traceable carrier with a reliable tracking system.
Paintball markers are non-refundable. Shipping Instructions - Print the RMA number in an easily viewed location on the outside of the box and ship to Zodiac Paintball, Inc. As directed by Zodiac Paintball, Inc. If the RMA number is not visible on the exterior of the package it will be refused.
